Felt no shame for any of my skin conditions

NO BE SHAME!!! I’ve seen Dr. Kitagawa a few times already for various skin issues. Most were for allergic reactions or bug bites that were pretty unsightly. With Dr. Kitagawa, I didn’t feel shame or uncomfortable. He just takes a look, ask a few question and gives you his assessment. If there are multiple options, he’s great about explaining them. His staff is also unbelievable! They’re very friendly, yet organized and provide the best care. In addition I love his location at Kuakini. Seeing doctors at Queens Hospital can be really crazy with the traffic and parking, but seeing Dr. Kitagawa at Kuakini is EEEEEASY! I recommend him 100%!.
